The hotel offered a mix of experiences. While the rooms were comfortable, clean, and accommodating for mobility scooters, the bar and restaurant were enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and the short walk to the center and Britania Pier were major highlights. However, some rooms were not cleaned properly, with stained and unironed sheets.

The hotel is located fabulously right next to the sea front, offering beautiful walks into town. The rooms are lovely and clean with a sea view, equipped with 2 single beds and always kept tidy, even leaving room for my mobility scooter. The service is top-notch, with excellent housekeeping. The location is great, close to Gt Yarmouth's amenities but away from noisy areas. The dining experience is first-class, offering well-portioned and hot dishes. A fantastic stay overall.

The location of the hotel is spot on, right next to the seafront, and the rooms are first class, clean, big, and comfy. However, the restaurant wasn't open due to government restrictions, but overall the hotel is excellent, clean, and very welcoming.
